Hello Falcons!!
Our first week of staff inservice is completed and we are officially in our "back to school" planning. Our school and classrooms are buzzing with excitement. Here are FIVE things to know this week:
- Our school board voted and approved the return to school health and safety plan on August 23rd. The link is HERE for your review. Fontana has multiple layers of mitigation measures to provide a safe and engaging learning environment.
- The 4k/5k return to school open house was a great success. Dousman Bus was here to offer families a tour on the bus and our 4k/5k staff were all here to welcome our newest Falcons.
- Our open house for 1st grade through 8th grade is Monday, August 30th from 5-6:30p. Bring in your supplies and meet your teachers. We can't wait to see you!
- The first day of school is Wednesday, September 1st. Our doors open at 8a and the first bell is 8:10am. Learning starts at 8:15a. Dismissal begins for all bus/car riders at 3:30p.
- Please remember to take care of your registration, fees, and any additional milk sign up before school begins. Also, check to be sure your health records and physicals are updated prior to school, if possible. You may contact our office with any questions or clarification needs (262-275-6881).
Teamwork, understanding, and communication will continue to offer our community success. We are here to work with each and every family. We can't wait to welcome all of our returning and newest Falcons next week. Have a great final weekend of summer!
