Hello Fontana Families,
The Holiday season is upon us and I wanted to share some gratitude along with opportunities for all of us to shine more light on the greatness that is all around us each day. The beauty of the holiday season is the consistent reminders of giving thanks, giving back, and the importance of relationships in our lives. To help remind ourselves about giving thanks and showing gratitude I wanted to share two updates with our families.
We will be creating a link/space for our entire community to share gratitude and thanks toward students, staff, and anyone in our Falcon community displaying "Excellence to Self, Others, and/or Community". When you see someone being Excellent recognize them with our link attached HERE. This "Excellence to Self, Others, and Community" award embodies the spirit of our school, honoring individuals who exemplify a commitment to personal development and the courage to become their best selves. We will be honoring these recognitions and showcasing the amazing things all around us!
In last weeks "Falcon Five" we introduced the "Motion of Gratitude" opportunity. We want to do our part, as a school community, to join a movement of gratitude and finding/celebrating the great things around us each day. We have a special gift to join the Motion of Gratitude app along with a journal you can get here at the school to start your journey by following the steps linked HERE. If you decide to join in this opportunity it is at no cost to you and something to provide our community with a token of gratitude. The physical box with the journal etc. are available at our school. Together, with many hands, our entire community creates amazing opportunities every week! Lets notice the wonder all around us each day, focus on what matters most, and there is nothing we cannot accomplish together! Thank you Fontana, we are truly grateful! Happy Thanksgiving.
