Hello Falcons!!
Week 14 was filled with holiday cheer at our winter concert and crafty critters day with family and friends. We have a busy week coming before winter break. Here are FIVE things to know this week:
- Our Drone Club students met with Mr. Jacob Schmidt from the Geneva Lakes Environmental Agency (GLEA) to start discussing their partnership project this winter. Our Drone Club students will be using our ariel capabilities to track the ice coverage on Lake Geneva this winter. More photos and updates to follow this winter!
- We will celebrate this week with fun dress up days. Monday is Polar Express day, which is a day to wear your favorite Christmas Pajamas. Below is a PDF of the remainder of the dress up week.
- Thank you again to all of our families, friends, and staff for a very successful Crafty Critters day this past Friday. Such a great tradition that has students, parents, grandparents and many more reminiscing about their favorite craft from years past!!
- Looking ahead, our winter break starts Friday, December 22nd and we return to school on January 3rd. We share our deepest gratitude and joy with our entire Falcon Family during this time of holiday cheer.
- This Thursday our student council will support the local Rotary in packing holiday food baskets for families in our local area. Our students do a great job supporting the local community by giving back and working together with our community partners. Thank you!
Have a great rest of your weekend! Please be mindful that the weather may be extra cold with some snow on Monday morning. Be safe and dress for the weather as we have outside recess as long as it's above 0 degrees.
